Our Web Reservation System enables hotels to have a reservation module on their web site that directly communicates with their in-house property management system. It allows hotel guests to search for room availability, select from various rates, pick room types, add optional add-on packages, and makes reservations.

The system generates booking confirmation emails with quick links to retrieve or cancel reservations. Guests can create profiles by saving their contact information and stay preferences. This allows them to make future reservations by simply login on. The system also allows for signup in sweepstakes, reward programs, and news letter subscriptions. Clients can start an availability search from the reservation form which can be placed anywhere on Hotel’s website. Clients can either register or logon to their profiles. There is support for negotiated rates, promotional and block codes.
 

 

The system will do a live query on PMS system and return all available rates with the starting price for each rate. If there is only one rate available for the reservation period, the system automatically skips to the next page.

 

 

Next, the PMS system is queried for available rooms for the reservation period, and the available room types are presented to the client.

This and other text information retrieved from the PMS system can dynamically be replaced with rich HTML and images.

 

 

 

Previewing a summary of their query, the client can now confirm the booking. If previously registered, they can log in to their profile.

 

 

Selecting from an array of stay enhancement add-on packages retrieved from the PMS system, the grand total is interactively updated as packages are picked.

 

If not logged in, the client would enter their contact information for the booking.

 

Entering a password would create a profile for future use. Finally the client can modify their stay preferences and make the booking by entering credit card information.

The booking confirmation is displayed and e-mailed to the client with links for cancellation.

This concludes the reservation process. The client can optionally register into booking rewards sweepstakes.
